In their 20th year of burlesque (26 years of being on stage in their underwear total thanks to Rocky Horror), Viktor Devonne has become known as The Whitefaced Tornado via the Boylesque godfather Tigger. He is the proprietor of the Silver Tusk Burlesque Awards, director of White Elephant Burlesque, and the host of the WEBurlesque podcast series, and has hosted the Ohio Burlesque Festival, NJ Burlesque Festival, and regional shows in more than 30 cities. He was crowned Mr Hollywood Burlesque in 2019, and has appeared across the country as a hobo clown theatrical burlesque vaudevillian. He enjoys mozzarella cheese, white wine, lady pop stars, and hot showers.

Hailing from the Bay area, this International Cabaret and Burlesque Bae Sensation was raised by the South, dressed by drag queens, and cut her teeth in San Francisco's beautiful smoky underbelly. Classically trained, yet forged in nightclubs, this queen brings the drama and vocals that will make you bow down. The Sinfully Saccharine Siren of San Francisco is Alotta Boutté. Ms. Boutte may have discovered burlesque in the back of a magazine, but she is a dance and theater kid at her core.
